Made-to-Order Policy
All of our products are custom printed just for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to size, color, or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check your size and design before ordering.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll gladly replace it at no cost to you.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

Your order number

A clear photo showing the issue

A brief description of the problem
Once verified, we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our items are printed on demand:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues or change of mind.

We do accept returns if there’s a manufacturing defect or printing error.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after review.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
