Our Story

Our Story

We're parents from Ohio. And a few years ago, standing on a soggy Saturday sideline watching our kid play, we looked around and thought — this doesn't feel right.

Not the game. The game was great. It was the energy around it. Parents screaming at refs. Families treating a nine-year-old's soccer match like a championship with something on the line. Kids looking over at the sideline not for encouragement, but with anxiety.

We drove home quiet. And we kept coming back to one question: if sport is supposed to teach our kids discipline, resilience, and how to be a good teammate — what are we teaching them from the bleachers?

That's where Home Tide started.

We wanted something tangible. A reminder we could put on in the morning that said something about how we intended to show up that day — not just at the game, but at home, at work, in traffic, in the hard moments. Something that said I'm here on purpose, not just going through the motions.

So we built it. Apparel rooted in stoic philosophy and vintage athletic heritage. Daily reminders — for the wall, for the wardrobe — that pull you back to the fundamentals when life gets loud.

We're not a wellness brand. We're not a hustle brand. We're for the parent who believes that how you show up on a Saturday morning, when nobody important is watching, is exactly the kind of thing that shapes a kid's life.

That's the tide we're trying to change. One sideline at a time.

Where we're headed

The dream is simple. That one day, a Home Tide parent spots another one across the field — a stranger in a familiar shirt — and just nods. No explanation needed. Because they already know something true about each other.

That's the community we're building. Not loud. Not global. Just a growing group of parents who've decided to show up differently — at home, on the sideline, and in the small moments nobody else sees.

We're just getting started. And we're glad you're here.
